On February 26, 2012 a dwelling fire was reported on Glennwood Ct. in Woodbury Heights (NJ) at 5:30 p.m.

Police arrived on location and reported a working fire.  Command arrived and struck the All Hands box for heavy fire from Division A-D.

Engine 1511 laid in to secure a water supply as the crew led off with a 2 ½” hand line.  The company went in but were driven out for heavy fire conditions.

Command ordered all companies to set up for defensive operations as fire conditions were through the roof.

Crews operated with a Ladder Pipe and multiple 2 1/2” hand lines with heavy fire throughout the dwelling.

Crews remained in defensive operations as the fire was knocked down and placed under control.

The fire is under investigation by the Gloucester County Fire Marshal’s Office.
