Dr. Bill Munn Leads the Discussion on Next Generation 9-1-1

Dr. Bill Munn, a two-time president of NENA and former Executive Director of Tarrant County 9-1-1 is consolidating and streamlining access to the discussion on Next Generation 9-1-1 via a blog (http://dr911guy.wordpress.com/) and series of one hour, dial-in conversations on topics related to Next Generation 9-1-1.
Archived programs will be available on CD in a growing library.
On the kick-off program of the series Dr. Munn, known within the industry as Dr. 911 Guy, will be joined by our Editor Randall Larson, himself a 25 year veteran of the 9-1-1 calltaker’s hot seat, will discuss the impact of next generation 9-1-1 on a wide range of people, including call takers, vendors and the callers themselves.
