Date: 2011-06-16
New QuickResponse™-LE provides affordable, IP based call handling solutions for small PSAPs
911-Inc., a leading provider of emergency call handling software and networking solutions has expanded its QuickResponse™ emergency call handling solution to include a Limited Edition version of the software for smaller PSAPs.
The new QuickResponse-Limited Edition system includes the same rich functionality and full redundancy as the QuickResponse IP software. The identical user interface is featured in QuickResponse-Limited Edition and continues to be the easiest-to-use interface available. Quick Response-LE follows NENA recommendations, requirements and standards for an IP capable system. The QuickResponse suite is capable of meeting the NENA NG9-1-1 requirements and proposed i3 standards and as they become formally available. The competitive pricing for QuickResponse-LE allows centers with less than ten positions to use the same advanced technology that larger centers employ.

QuickResponse-Limited Edition has the flexibility to grow as the center grows. Additional positions and features can be added and multiple centers can be networked together without the cost of installing an entirely new system. The optional QuickNet component allows the center to network with others in the area and can be added to the QuickResponse-Limited Edition system after installation. Other optional features include QuickMultimedia, including video and texting, and QuickACD.
“We know that many small PSAPs are struggling to find reliable, affordable, Next Gen software, and we’re pleased to offer a product that meets their needs,” said Greg Furman, VP of Sales and Marketing for 911-Inc. “QuickResponse-Limited Edition is as robust as our QuickResponse product, but adjusted to fit the needs and budget of a center with less than ten positions.”
911-Inc. products include legacy and Next Generation emergency call handling software and networking solutions. 911-Inc. call handling systems are active in more than 24 states.
