The Knox County, Tennessee, Communications Center, handles more than 600,000 incoming emergency calls per year. Equipped with Watson consoles, CAD system from SCC, and Motorola 800 MHz multi-site, simulcast trunked radio system, the Center dispatches the Knoxville Police and Fire Departments, Knox County Sheriff and EMS.
